The Text That Could Save Someone
Checking In on Your People We like to think we’d notice. If someone we care about was struggling…we’d see it.We’d know. But the truth? A lot of the people who are hurting the most are the ones who look the most put together. They’re still showing up.Still working.Still running. Still saying, “I’m good.” The Ones…

2026 Season Preview Series — Post 6: What I’m Carrying Into This Season
Every season looks forward. But the truth? It’s built on what came before it. The good races. The bad ones. The ones you don’t talk about. The ones you can’t forget. This post isn’t about what I hope happens in 2026. It’s about what I’ve already learned — and what I’m refusing to ignore this time. The Season…

About Me
Hi! I’m Rachelle and from the mountain west. I’ve been overweight or obese almost my entire life. My weight became worse after my children. I tried all the new fad diets and was prescribed weight loss medication from my primary care provider (PCP). But like most fads, the weight came back on and then some. At the heaviest, I weight 280 lbs! After my dad passed away in September of 2022, I decided it was time to take back my health and life. That is when I went all in for gastric sleeve surgery.
